The Customer Experience Hub hosted an Informational Webinar in San Antonio, TX to introduce the Customer Experience Hub and to outline the benefits of being a spoke on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. There was also a Q&A session to answer questions from current and interested spokes. This session was presented by Mike Stebbins, Program Executive of the Customer Experience Hub.

Advancing Clinical Trial Readiness (ACTR) Network Activation Call Webinar 11/21/2023

ARPA-H’s Customer Experience Hub held a second Informational Webinar for the Advancing Clinical Trial Readiness (ACTR) Network Activation Call on Tuesday, November 21 at 3:00 PM EST. This Webinar focused on how to extend input for the call through network partners and the use of network’s centralized Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).
