The Customer Experience Hub hosted an Educational Webinar to introduce the Customer Experience Hub and the outline the benefits of being a spoke on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. There was also be a Q&A session to answer questions from current and interested spokes. This session was presented by Mike Stebbins, Program Executive of the Customer Experience Hub.

ARPA-H’s Customer Experience Hub held a second Informational Webinar for the Advancing Clinical Trial Readiness (ACTR) Network Activation Call on Tuesday, November 21 at 3:00 PM EST. This Webinar focused on how to extend input for the call through network partners and the use of network’s centralized Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).
