Cancer clinical trial enrollment depends on the ability to identify appropriate, accessible trials for patients. Five years ago, ACS CAN sponsored a summit to better understand the barriers in the cancer clinical trial matching space and create recommendations (see https://acsjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/cncr.35034). Several initiatives emerged from that work, and the upcoming meeting is a follow-up to that event, sharing progress since the last meeting, and assessing ongoing and new challenges in clinical trial matching.
The meeting will be held Thursday, October 17, from 8:00 AM ET to 12:00 PM ET, in Washington, DC. In-person and virtual attendance options are available.
